Intercepted outside the reception by an elderly lady. I SLOWLY asked if she spoke English. She said “no.” I grabbed my phone, had google translate my request for a tent site, and showed her the translation. Then, she started speaking English to me and finished off the transaction in English. How would you characterize the above? I have a return ferry ticket for next Saturday, 1wk from now. Im changing that to leave the island asap.
Beautiful spot, magnificent beach, very windy, no fire pit 🔥. Impossible to put up the awning when it's windy. Separate showers and toilets. No place to wash dishes. You wash them on your own property. Laundry facilities.
A wonderful stop on our Island tour. The views, the friendliness and the facilities. All top shelf.
