New ownership. Huge spaces with competitive rates. Poured concrete pads with easy access utilities.

Place is not maintained, the roads are so rough to drive on and the fences look like Charlie brown pieced them together. A trailer is half torn down and insulation and debris blow all over the park. Definitely better options in the area.

Been calling for 3 weeks in a row every day during business hours and no answer at the office

Park is looking way better than it first did two years ago. A lot of people were upset when the manager asked everyone clean up their places but it's so much nicer to live here now. I pay on time and keep my place clean so I've never had problems with them. And the lots are big too.
