Royse City RV Park

I'll be honest I haven't stayed here I'm just dropped somebody off here I love the fact that it is very secluded and it would be difficult to just stumble across. I also love the scenery of it it seems very clean and very well thought out and I would definitely be interested in staying.

I moved here recently. I was welcomed with kindness. They did everything they could to help. It's very peaceful, and the people are nice.

I've lived here a year in November, and I love this place!! Debbie Bond made up lies about everyone and got thrown out. No one has ever stolen anything! Great neighbors, have good get together. Owners are very accommodating! Would recommend to anyone for short term or long term. Beautiful trees, great roads!!

This is a very nice and convenient RV park. The shower facilities and laundromat are kept clean and everything works great. I really enjoyed the showers because the water would get as hot as I wanted it too. And I like a good hot shower.theres also plenty of trees for shade.I got very lucky finding this park. It’s about 5 miles from Interstate 30 and it is in the country. This park is very quiet and very well managed. The management went above and beyond to accommodate me and they always responded quickly if I needed anything. Super nice management. I would recommend this park to anybody and everybody. It’s in the country yet you’re about ten minutes away from any convenience you may need or want. Definitely a five star experience.

A quiet, low key park with full hook ups set in an area of medium sized trees. The sites are set based on the trees so not cookie cutter sites and vary in size from average to smaller than average. The bathhouse/laundry is clean and functional. The shower stalls are very small and lack a place in the stall to put your soap/shampoo. With all full hook up sites the bathhouse doesn’t get used much. The park is set away from town, so quiet and secure, with a paved access road. Your GPS will get you there. Most of the residents are long term and appear to be working. I would stay here again.
