We went in August 2024 for our last time. It was our third visit and will probably be our last. We stayed in the tenting section. They had just disconnected the electric and the wires were just hanging everywhere. There was no privacy between sites and everyone was very heavy on weed use which just drifted into our site. We literally couldn't hang out at our campsite without our eyes watering. We came back only at bedtime and had to immediately zip up our tent. There are kids and teenagers zooming around in golf carts everywhere and they are all going 60 mph. Not a safe place for kids to bike around. There is music blasting from almost every campsite so you're listening to rap, country and pop music simultaneously 24/7. Not a place to unwind and read a book. The pools and ropes course are nice and the waterslide is fun but you can't even read at the pool because of the constant music blaring. We did the waterslides and ropes course and left after two days of our eyes stinging and no sleep and checked into a NH State Park campground to get peace and quiet.

Had to send this email to HR: I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way my recent stay at Lebanon KOA Holiday on Salmon Falls River was handled. I have been a loyal guest who has spent a significant amount of time and money at your campground, and I had intended to continue visiting in the future. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has left me feeling frustrated and questioning whether I will return at all—even next season. I was initially charged a $250 smoking fee despite the fact that I do not smoke. Although this charge was later refunded after I contacted the office, it was upsetting to have been accused of something I did not do, and on top of it even charged such a large fee for an accusation. I also understand that I mistakenly took two pillows home with me and left pancake mix on the stove. I took full responsibility for these oversights and promptly paid the replacement and cleaning fees. However, I am having a hard time understanding what I paid a cleaning fee for, considering I booked a cabin which should always be cleaning afterwards anyway. What has been most discouraging is being told, on the very day I was supposed to arrive for my next planned stay, that I could not return for the rest of the season. This last-minute cancellation disrupted my plans and left me without the opportunity to enjoy a place I had grown to truly appreciate. This experience has shaken my trust in KOA. While I had looked forward to many more visits, I am now seriously reconsidering whether I will return—even next season—because of how unfairly this was handled. I hope you will take my concerns seriously and consider the impact this has had on my experience as a loyal customer. I would very much like to continue visiting KOA in the future, but my decision will depend on how this situation is addressed. I have attached a video/audio recording of a brief portion of my conversation with Rich, the assistant manager at the campground.

Lots of amenities! The staff was VERY friendly, especially Kathy. The first night our neighbors were loud till 1:30am, we mentioned it to the staff the next day and they addressed it, never had that issue again. Hot tub had decent amount of sand in it on the floor but was still enjoyable. Waterslide was a lot of fun for all ages. The carnival for Labor Day weekend was super fun for the kids, I appreciate all the work they put into it. We got a full hook up site, and the site was huge!!! There are a lot of golf carts whizzing by so be mindful of that, otherwise we absolutely plan on going back next year. My one wish is that the amenities had longer hours. The bounce pad/ pools/ high ropes were limited hours I felt could have been open longer.

This was our first time staying at the KOA in Lebanon. We stayed 5 nights in our RV. They have some nice spots that are wide or long but they also have a lot of small spots near the river that seem too close together. The benefits of this campground is you feel like you are in the woods camping not on a parking lot. But with that the roads are very dirty and bumpy and lots of tree sap and very dark at night. Bring old shoes for the family and lots of flashlights for kids and dog walking. We loved that the staff did not harass the kids like some campgrounds do. Kids could ride with no helmets or take a spin in a golf cart without being yelled at like some campgrounds go over board on the rules. Remember to bring your own tubes for the river and make sure river is high when you go. We had a two foot river so no fun on tubes for us. I like that this campground is active and up till 11pm and not asleep like old folks at dusk. Lots of roads to walk the dogs but they need to add trash cans and dog waste bins in multiple places throughout the campground. We also noticed that the bathrooms were always busy and had to wait for showers and had no AC or air flow so couldn't get ready in the bathrooms because too muggy and dirty. We would have liked to have cable and wifi just for the morning news and evening TV before bedtime maybe they can add wifi at least for their peak season. Over all we had a great experience at this KOA and it was nice to be in the dark woods and watch the river during the daytime. I wish the store had a food vendor that made hot meals because my teens would have easily spent $100 or more in 5 days on that. Large campgrounds like this one should have a cafe or food vendor set up for peak hours and season.

What a great trip we had this past week. Cabin was fantastic. All linens and towels were there. Cabin was clean. Air conditioning was on when we arrived. Golf cart rental fantastic water was a little low in the river, but still had fun. Would definitely recommend for a week long trip or longer.
