I lived there as a child, when it was my Dad's weekend to have me stay over. It was kept up very well then. It's in much disrepair from days long past. :(

Worst moblie home park to live in. Cheap but it's run down.

I've lived here many years. Never had many issues. But if there is one I call David and he tends to see thing's through and gets rid of problematic people. He's a good person, but he doesn't like trouble makers!! Neither do I!! Thanks David, for all you do to help keep people straight. And he sometimes helps people he knows, that's trying to help themselves.Just don't take his kindness for weakness!!

It's a better place than previously reputed..... Rent is around the $450-550 range. Hands to the owner and his love for the park.
