Seemed like a nice place pretty quiet and it appears to be well taken care of but I'm just here doin a job so it might be different if u lived here. We talked to the property manager slash owner he seems like a pretty nice guy he's on top of everything which makes me feel and think he is the type that is nosy and puts his nose in places that it don't belong or concern him but than again it's his property and is untitled to which in turn makes places like this a good and safe place to stay and here's the plus side about this trailer park Walmart and the gas stations is only like a mile or two if that away and it's set off in the back makes it kinda country if u know what I mean, so here's to you keep up the good work on everything you do you got a nice place here 👍👍

I have a daughter that lives there she loves it and so do my grandkids I recommend it to anyone a very quiet neighborhood

$71 for a cement pad. You pay an extra $10 to have cement. Gravel or mud at the other spaces. Having rain during the night made us happy that we paid the extra $10. No Hot water, so no shower. No WiFi. A bag of trash from the previous customer was still at the site. Very disappointing. On a happier note, the staff is very pleasant.

Quite, offset of the city so your surrounded be wooded area but yet only 2 min from most restaurants, walmart, hotels ect...

Had a propane filling facility and some RV parking but mainly mobile homes. Older area close to the highway but pretty flat.
