Braemar Park

Stopped here after dark and honestly thought I was about to get dragged out of my car. Screaming and yelling coming from the bins, toilets, the long grass, even near other parked cars. People wandering around shouting and slamming things. Felt like the whole place was watching me. Locked the doors and got out fast. If you value your safety, keep driving. This stop is not somewhere you want to be after sunset.

Not a nice spot to stay overnight or a long stay be warned, hostile people have taken over this rest spot. Water tanks are nicely decorated (by me, permission approved by Department of Forestry) and have been made into a pokemon gym and two pokestops. It has picnic spots, plenty of shady trees and a drop toilet which is cleaned regularly, with plenty toilet paper at most times, it takes around half an hour to get to Casino. It's has become a bad place for a free park because of the people who have made it their home. Just Spin the gym and poke stops don't make a noise, starts woman screaming and another swearing, do your toilet business and run don't look back. My new review.

This rest spot a while ago was nice, but a few homeless people have made it their home, very undesirable bunch. It's not a free-range dog friendly park. Keep those fur babies close. Be very careful in bringing your children here too, although it's a pokemon friendly stop area. Very, course language is used most nights. It has made the park disruptive and very volatile. The one star was only put to write this review.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of days. There are some people permanently camping there but they are very quiet. Toilets were good for a drop toilet. Bins on-site and quite close to the main road.

Beautiful and peaceful place to stop for a break from driving. Plenty of shading and picnic tables. Toliets too.
