BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort

We had a great stay at BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort. Fantastic place for families with kids. The rooms were very good and had a welcoming, home-like feel, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One small suggestion: our room was quite far from the shared BBQ area, so it could be great if guests had the option to hire a small BBQ to use on their deck. Another idea could be having small trolleys available to borrow for shopping trips, especially for families without a car. Overall a really enjoyable stay and a great place for families visiting the Whitsundays.

Had a lovely stay here with the kids, very clean and comfortable cottage. Kids love the bunkbed and the waterpark with 13 slides are absolute blast and highlight for the kids. We feed the farm animals and ducks there too which is nice. There is daily activities schedules which you can join too. Convinient location to Airlie Beach with parking spots. Highly recommend

There’s nothing to fault here! No wonder they’ve received so many awards. We stayed in a 2 bed cabin. They’re modern and clean. The service was great. 😊 The park had so much on for children, they could be entertained all day. The pools and waterslide park are fabulous! Even adults can use them. 🛝 The reception staff are super! They helped with booking of tours etc. They’re all ready to help. The grounds staff and cleaners are also friendly. There’s no doubt we would book again. 👍🏻 Woolworths is close by for convenience as well.

Awesome place to stay and has so much to do. The waterpark is a highlight but lots of little activities happening each day. Waterpark hours could be extended to allow people to have dinner then have some fun but that doesn’t lessen the experience. Our cabin (C26) was great and has everything you need and being located right next to the waterpark was perfect. Gets a little warm on the deck on humid nights and could do with an outside fan to help keep everyone cool. The BBQ on the deck was also great and allowed for a lot of cooking outside whilst we socialised. On-site cafe offers plenty of things to grab during the day. Big highlight was the staff who go out of their way to help you with everything you need. The assistance they provided with my father was amazing and picked him up multiple times in the golf cart and moved him around the park. Park is in a very good location with a supermarket a short walk away, pub and bottle shop across the road and bus stop out the front to get you into Airlie township. Can’t wait to visit again

We had such a wonderful stay! The swimming area was amazing, and the slides kept the kids entertained for hours. There were so many different sports to play, and the mini golf was a great bonus. The cabins were large and comfortable, and we were very thankful for the upgrade. The staff were friendly and communicated really well via text, which made everything super easy. The rooms were clean, and we loved the great selection of nightly food vans. We definitely recommend staying here. The kids had an absolute ball and were never bored!
