We stayed here for one night in our camper in February 2026. Unfortunately, the park’s location directly by the beach is the only positive thing worth mentioning. Our site had a water connection that was practically unreachable, and the amenities were only moderately clean. During our stay, there were also a few guests with dogs that appeared somewhat dangerous. The biggest issue, however — as already mentioned by other reviewers — is that the park seems to have a serious problem with its immediate neighbors, who blast extremely loud music across the entire campground all day long. It was obvious that these rather antisocial-seeming neighbors were doing this deliberately to harass the guests. It is hard to believe that the park management is unaware of this situation. The management urgently needs to find a solution with the neighbors; otherwise, the park cannot be recommended at all.
We stayed at this campsite with our caravan and used an ensuite site, which was clean and a good size. The facilities themselves were good and had the potential to make for a very relaxing stay. Unfortunately, what really lets this caravan park down is the neighbours behind site 54 (not fellow campers). There was very loud music played from around 6–8 pm on one evening, and again on Saturday from about 3–8 pm. One camper politely asked them to turn it down, but instead the music was played even louder. This completely ruined what could have been a peaceful weekend. It’s a real shame, as otherwise the park itself was fine. Because of this experience, we would probably not return. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay, I’d strongly recommend avoiding sites near 54 or choosing a different park altogether.Review of campsite to review We stayed at this campsite with our caravan and used an ensuite site, which was clean and a good size. This was our return visit, and it was just as wonderful as the first time! We stayed on an ensuite caravan site, which was excellent – clean, well-maintained, and added that extra level of comfort. We travelled with my partner and our dog, and it’s genuinely pet-friendly – dogs are not just allowed, they’re truly welcome. The park is beautifully leafy and incredibly relaxing, with a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. It’s only a short stroll to the beach, and there’s a walking track that takes you straight to Kiama shops and amenities. While there’s no shop on-site, local shops are just a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Overall, this is the ideal place if you’re looking for peace, nature, and convenience. We’ll definitely be back again!
A perfect gem of a park. Located beachfront with full views of the bay just walk out of your door to the stunning quiet beach. Everything was spot on, the real strength are the management team, we stayed twice and both times they went out of their way to make our stay just what we wanted, so friendly and welcoming.
We have stayed at Kendall’s On The Beach Holiday Park during the October long weekend for the past 4 years. We have also rebooked for the 2026 long weekend as well. We love the location and the facilities. We personally choose to stay in a cabin because the cabins are beach front and we are not keen on camping. All cabins have a designated parking space for one car. Linen is provided in the cabins but you should still bring beach towels. The cabin we stay in, is fitted with gas cooking, a full size fridge, small dishwasher and a barbecue. Camping spots are not beach front but still close to the beach. The facilities of the holiday park are always clean and well maintained. There is a public children’s play park that has a slide and swings not too far from the beach and water. The beach is within walking distance from your door regardless of what accommodation option you choose within the park. The holiday park is within walking distance from the Main Street and a second beach that is patrolled but you might need to check patrolling times. The walk to the Main Street of Kiama is mostly via designated footpaths. It’s is a moderate walk that requires some uphill walking. There is a fair selection of restaurants and pubs within walking distance along with lots of food delivery options. The whole park is child friendly and we have always found the noise levels to be acceptable during our stay.
