Goomalling Caravan Park

I recently stayed at the Goomalling Caravan Park and it honestly impressed me far more than I expected. From the moment I pulled in, you can see the pride in how this park is maintained. The grass is lush and green, the sites are spacious, and everything feels calm, orderly and well cared for. It is one of those places where you immediately relax because it is clean and tidy without feeling overdone. The amenities block is spotless. The laundry is modern, bright and practical, with large folding benches and plenty of space. There is also a book and DVD swap which adds such a lovely community touch. I always appreciate thoughtful little extras like that. There is even a visitors book which shows just how many travellers pass through and enjoy their stay. The covered outdoor seating area is a great space to sit outside in the late afternoon. I noticed the native birds were very active and quite loud at times, but honestly it added to the country atmosphere rather than being a nuisance. It felt alive, not disruptive. Most importantly, I felt safe there. As a traveller, that matters. The park has a settled, peaceful feel and I was completely comfortable staying overnight. At $37.50 with senior concession, it is excellent value for money. Clean, quiet, welcoming and very well run. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling through the Wheatbelt.

Definitely worth a 5 star review, the park is well maintained, the amenities are clean and the grass is green The park is next door to the local pool which is free and town centre is just a 10 minute walk away, Rick & Liz who manage the park are super friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble If you’re coming through Goomalling, definitely stay at the caravan park for a couple of days ….you won’t be disappointed

Highly Recommended! We had an excellent stay at Goomalling Caravan Park, and a huge thank you to Liz and Ric for being such wonderful 5-star hosts! Powered, unpowered and cabins available. Plenty space to move too. The facilities here are superbly well-kept. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and the camp kitchen is fantastic—it’s spacious and fully equipped with everything you could need, including a large table perfect for big family gatherings. What to expect: • Connectivity & Amenities: Good Optus signal, reliable water, and a convenient dump point on-site. • Location: The town is just a pleasant 10-minute walk away. There is a great, large playground nearby which the kiddos loved. • Vibe: While January is a quieter time of year with a slower pace, it was the perfect setting for a "technology detox" weekend. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and peaceful getaway, this is the spot!

Booked a van site. Great caravan park although the shower/toilet could be upgraded a little, it was satisfactory with great hot showers. Just 2 toilets & 2 showers for the large section our site was in. There was an awesome communion kitchen area with all your need to prepare food. Includes a great sized fridge & television. Definitely would stay again.

Very friendly and welcoming on arrival. The amenities were clean, the hot showers were amazing! Stayed over what would be a very busy time, Dowerin Field Days and was impressed with how everything was maintained to a high standard. Would definitely be happy to stay here again.
