I've been here a little over a year now and love it. Clean. Comfortable. Good pricing. Conveniently located. Feels like home. No intention of leaving until I have to/buy a house.
I stayed at Cottonwood for a year while I was between homes. The park was run well and Heather and Cyndi were always pleasant and on top of things. Wonderful laundry facilities as well as clean newer bathrooms/showers. It was always quiet with great neighbors. If I could give them 10 stars I would. 😁
This park is very well cared for! The bathrooms are always normally clean and the park managers are always around to help if you need it! The park is quiet and safe.
Cottonwood Rv is great!!!! Not sure why there are a couple negative reviews... Maybe they were just having a bad day? Husband and I have used this Rv park 3 years in a row when we come down for the weekend for a tournament in Redmond....Its a smaller Rv park lot tucked off a main road by a farm field and water canal not too far from the freeway. There are quite a few longer term residents that stay there.... but their sites are super clean and neat (very nice trailers) and the people that we saw are nice, quiet and friendly. The staff that booked our spot over the phone even gave us a heads up prior to booking that there was some very limited construction finishing up across the street (which we never heard)- even though our rv was parked in spot right along the main road Thursday evening-Sunday. Bathroom code that came in the reservation email worked great! Very nice clean bathrooms and laundrymat... The park is in a very convenient location, we can easily go back and forth between Redmond and Bend for fun and food...And the price was great for full hook-ups. I would recommend Cottonwood Rv.... 😄👍
Their website is very deceitful which gives the impression it's an RV Resort when in fact every occupied space is clearly a long-term tenant. When I mentioned this to the staff at check-in they stated many are traveling nurses, etc. which maybe true but didn't look like it. We do not like staying in "residential" rv parks looking at everyone's storage in front of their RV and their homemade windskirts, which includes the managers space In addition, we were greeted by an obnoxious barking dog from the managers space. These RV business owners need to determine whether they're going to service long-term RVers or traveling RVers then be explicitly clear about their preferences. This park clearly accommodates long-term. We will NEVER stay here ever again. We expected more and was very disappointed.
