Davis Mobile Home & RV Park

I miss you all so much! This park rocks. The ownership is wonderful, management couldn't get any better. Beautiful gazebo and boy do they spend holidays....I was here for the start to finish of Covid. My neighbor was the first to go....God, please watch over the people here, and keep them safe. This place has gotten so bad, it's shocking. The new management targets people they don't like and issues warnings and threats of being charged $100 a day until they do what management sees fit. They turn off the water every time you turn around, with no warning. They have speed bumps that aren't even painted. They have a whole road blocked off that they aren't fixing. They don't clean the dumpster area, it's horrifically bad. There are trailers with busted out windows and doors, one has the whole side that just fell off. But somehow they want to send huge lists of what your yard should look like and when to clean your home. Psychos.

sewage everywhere, dirty place, the new maintenance people don't care about this place, besides they want to charge 50 dollars more for rent this 03/2025 and they don't do anything to improve the community of the residents of this park. Many people just keep quiet and don't raise their voice for fear of being removed from the park. Because if you complain about something, all they do is threaten you and give you an eviction order.

I lived here in my RV for 6 months while searching for a home. I’ve stayed long term in multiple RV parks before across the country and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. The staff and ownership is incredibly friendly and understanding. The park GM is a huge part of the community and is very involved in the grounds. It is safe and friendly and the rate ($450/mo) is the best you will find in the area BY FAR. Absolutely would recommend. Thanks Davis Mobile Home park for a great living experience!

I spoke with Cindy just moments ago regarding my inquiry yesterday to available lots. She was going to get back to me, but since she did not, I called to inquire again. She seemed very nice and said she would get back to me as soon as she heard from the owner. I stated that I had re-checked the web site for pricing, since I was quoted yesterday $390. I stated to her that the mobile home sites were quoted as $390 and RV lots were quoted as $340. She said yes, the price just went up. I asked if I could speak to the owner about the pricing since the quotes were made 2 months ago. She said oh, I am sorry, I don't think we have any spots available and hung up on me! WHAT?? Cindy , I am shocked by your response and hope you were just having a bad moment and that things have worked themselves through for you. This location is really perfect for me. The reviews are not that great, but it seemed under new management things were improving. I just want a peaceful place to live while I explore VA. I just arrived from Oregon. I sure hope the owner calls me back and we work this out. Such a shame.
