Granbury RV Resort

I was there from oct. 2025 Til Feb.2026 When I was braking down my camper getting ready to leave, I almost stepped in a pile of Dog poop. I DON'T HAVE A DOG, NOR cat. Besides all that its a rv park. Laundry never was available while I was there, but was advertised as having a on site Laundry room.

Was going to stay but the second I hung up I received this crazy long form like a job app or credit card appliance asking for a ton of personal information and a copy of my ID... I would never trust people like this with all that. Instantly called other places and went elsewhere.

Place has no laundry big holes in the road could be maintain better then it is but it’s quiet

We’ve been looking for a great park to settle into for a while now here in granbury. The recent park we came from, 377 rv park, has horrible horrible management, and the other people in the park aren’t too friendly as well, and then we came across this park. For one the manager, Phyllis, is absolutely AMAZING! Super friendly, super helpful and hardworking, all around just a great person. We absolutely adore her. The park itself is quiet, our kids love the pond and the pool and the dog park is great for our dog. The owners are good people as well. I wouldn’t recommend any other park in town above this one. 5 STARS

Quiet and relaxing. Mostly everyone is full time. Beautiful sunsets over the pond. Nice new benches to sit and enjoy the sunset and the cattle grazing near by. Park manager Phyllis is vey helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She always goes above and beyond. Can’t wait for them to open the pool so the kids have something to do. New owners have really cleaned it up and are making nice upgrades.
