Driftwood Mobile Home Park

Ok so... I’ve lived her going on 4 years. I keep seeing all the negative reviews. But honestly we don’t have any complaints at all. Other then some of the loose free roaming dogs.. but that’s not the owners or the workers fault. The rent is very very reasonable and every single time I have any issue or complaint they jump on it immediately!! I’ve rented several places and had to beg and plead to have things fixed. Not with driftwood! They have repaired and done several things to my home including a new window unit, hot water heater and flooring. But then again I do ALWAYS pay my rent in full and on time religiously. They even had a dead tree behind my house cut down. They’ve been putting new roofs on as well. We haven’t had a problem with anyone in the park really either. The owners and the office man are always very friendly and like I said they are always very quick to jump on any type of problem I have! I give this place 5 stars ⭐️ because it’s worth it. They do there very best and a lot of people with negative reviews probably don’t pay there rent on time or have had issues of the sort. It’s not a long term living for us but for now and the time we have been here it’s been just fine!

I have lived here almost 2 years and my fiancee has helped clean up the park alot. He has torn down the old trailers and the roads (most of them) has been tarred. It's nice and quiet.

My son's friend lives there and I absolutely DREAD having to take my car through those destructive roads. So many unlivable and ruined trailers that you feel like you are in a war zone. Don't drive back there at night if you don't know your way around

The 'drug attic maintenance person' died -|- r.I.p. . Apparently taking with her a lot of the riff-raff. They've (owners) have also done a lot of 'cleaning up', it's currently a nice quiet place to live.

This place should be condemned.. All of the trailers have black mold and all they do is paint over the wall..My neighbor almost died from all of the black mold she didnt know she had..All the maintenance lady Tonya do is get high off of crack and she doesn't know how to fix anything at all..Very rude staff I may add..This trailer park needs to be burned down to the ground because its a waste of its residents money.....
