Tampa RV Park Camp Nebraska

The park is a dump. Wild cats and chickens are running everywhere. Some of the residents think they run the place and are very hateful and rude. The manager is a good guy and works hard. I think his hands are tied on some of these problems.

The gentleman at the office is very helpful. Not a bad neighborhood despite the looks of it, I’ve stayed several times over the years and never had a problem. Now the area is coming back it’s a hidden gem now!

Very close to lots of entertainment and activities, Busch Gardens, downtown Tampa, shopping and just a few minutes from the beaches and Tampa Bay. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Very affordable and very clean & well maintained. Very quiet and peaceful. John is very helpful and will accommodate any of your needs. I recommend this park and I am very particular about where I stay. They have bath houses and restrooms and laundry on site for tenants use which are kept exceptionally clean.

These 5 star reviews cannot be genuine there aint even a patch of grass on this place and the one ammenity is hot and run down bathrooms. Literal drug use debry everywhere and neighboring areas are known to be crime riddled. Stayed there for one night and didnt sleep left at 5 am n never looked back. Oh if you have kids please 🙏 for the safety of yourfamily go to hillsborough state park area close by with diff rv spots or just go stpete area anything but this for your children. Im not even going to detail how unprofessional the staff are

Have lived here for four months now, and the residents of this park are extremely quiet, given the rest of the neighborhood surrounding is less so. And despite there being no gate at the front I’ve seen no strangers wander onto the property. No noise whatsoever after 7 PM so much so that it seems like everyone goes to sleep at that time. On site manager John is very helpful, especially when he gets to know you. All RV residents are very respectful of other peoples property and I’m able to leave chairs and other semi valuables outside with no issues. I’ve I’ve been to higher end RV parks and I actually prefer this one. The residents are more down to earth, and actually make less noise than other high-end parks throughout the day in the evening. Best part, it’s literally the only sole-RV park in the city limits of Tampa, so it is convenient to everything.
