National Road Campground

The location is really convenient, just off I-70, an easy stopover with full hookups. Quiet and pleasant, with two ponds. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. We stayed at site 22, which was a great spot with a deck overlooking the pond. The only downside was that the concrete path wasn’t perfectly level, so setup took a little extra time, but overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

My wife and I had an awesome time with our kids and grandkids for Halloween. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. So many things to do here.

I found this camp ground at the last minute via Google after 7pm. The host was responsive and accommodating. What a gem of a spot to randomly find. Highly recommend. As a single female looking for safe spots to stay, this was a gold mine. The facilities and entire grounds were clean, with friendly campers and an awesome host. Check in was easy. Highly recommend staying here. I am saving this location for my trip home.

We had our RV set up here for nearly a year at a full hookup site and never had issues. The owners are friendly and responsive and the campground is safe, tidy and well managed. We don't have kids, but I can see where it'd be a great spot for families with the lake and playgrounds. The rates are reasonable for long-term stays, as well. The area is beautiful with nice views and the sites aren't too crowded or close together. The campground is close to things you may need for a store run, propane fill up, etc. There was even an RV repairman who rented a spot at the time we stayed so that was handy as we made some improvements to our fifth wheel. Great place for short- or long-term stay.

Absolutely fantastic 👏 💯👍..We are on the way traveling across the country and needed a spot to stay, found these guys on Google maps and call. They set us up with a small cabin, ck pic. They have CLEAN bathroom/shower areas with portals around property; landry area, basketball courts and lake with filled fish for catch and release only. Erin and the family greet you with warm welcome and make the stay feel like a long lost home. The lots are nice, just got to get one before they fill up. Pretty close to town, if you need a something... Make this a stop and enjoy👍😉
