Stop searching and book it now!! We couldn't of been happier. Delon ( the owner) met us at the road, gave us a walkie talkie and guided us to our spot ( #1) He was so welcoming it was wonderful. This place pictures looked good, reviews were great so we took a chance on it. Planned 1 night, stayed 2 , wish it was a week! With only 5 full hookup sites, you feel as if your the only one there. So peaceful and views are gorgeous! Met Ava a wolf raised by the neighbor, she is a gentle old soul. Laura and Delon have 5 pups we also met, our girl loved running free and playing with them. Trust me when I say you will love this place and it's host! 🩷 We will be back!

This is such a beautiful RV park. It does have 5 sites only but that was ok with us. Private and so serene. The owners are very nice and personable. I highly recommend if you’re in the Chattanooga area. The views of the mountains and Tennessee River can’t be beat!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! It is magical!!! We were welcomed here by Delons smile! He helps you get all parked well and settled in. Laura is such a kind and warm person! This place is quiet and beautiful, day and night! As a dog owner, its wonderful to have a place where the dog is as welcome as we are! There are a few pups that live here and they are very good dogs! Ava, is especially cool, she is a wolf that was raised by a neighbor here, super cool dog and so sweet! Watching the tug boats go by pushing barges, beautiful moon over the mountains! We will definitely be back here! Either in our coach or staying in their rental house! Its awesome! We are sad to see out time here end.

After 10 years of camping this was the most beautiful campground we have ever stayed at. It had full hookup and wifi and wonderfully kind hosts; but other than that you felt like you were by yourself in the most scenic location ever. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in their perfect property and everything reflected that. We loved the beautiful views, the kayaks, the suggestions of things to do from the owner, including guiding us to the top of a nearby mountain for sunrise, the rope swing we kayaked to each day & the sweet well behaved dogs that roamed the property-you can just tell these sweet old pups are living out their best life here as well. I also loved all the well thought out seating areas all over. Adirondacks perfectly positioned with rock foot rests, swings, rock tables, patio furniture, perfect landscaping -everything was just beyond what we expected. We didn’t even have to get out our chairs or our outdoor rug because everything was nicely mulched. My only worry is that as more people discover this gem of a place it will be harder to book. LOL Thanks again Laura & Delon!

Today was the end of our third trip and we are already planning a return trip. Delon and Laura go out of their way to make every guest feel at home. This trip we had our 2 grand daughters with us. They absolutely loved the sand pit at the river. As dog lovers the off lease dogs on the property is a plus for us. Our pup Bacon will bark at each of them except Ava. He fell for her the first time we went. Cannot wait to see you again. Life truly is better on the river.
