Pretty decent place

Do yall ever answer the phone? Weeks ive been calling about availability and no one has answered or returned a call...

I work pretty much across the street from this living establishment, so it gets 3 stars automatically just for that! It earned another star because it's quiet, peaceful, and shaded. Yes, the name fits on account of the beautiful shady oak trees! It is never beaming sun hot within its boundaries, and that also is a testament to its beauty, as well as key to saving on electricity costs throughout spring, summer, and fall. With the leaves mostly shed in the colder months, the welcoming sun warming winter days also contribute to electricity savings. All are key factors to blissful living! Respectful child raising families are abundant, and elder couples and singles reside without theft or break-in worry. Rambling Oaks truly is a diamond in the rough! Close proximity to shopping venues, eateries, and Dr. offices contribute to all-around stress-free living. The lot prices are spot-on as well. This is a property that is well maintained, safe, clean, and just plain perfect for just about anyone! I would give 5 stars, but neither I nor my faithful companion, Simba, are leash lovers. Put that on typical safety and liability state laws, though, not Rambling Oaks. Still, it's closer to perfect than ANY place this guy has ever resided. Give them a look-see, and I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

I set my RV and only pay $425.00 a month, there was a deposit of $150.00 plus a $25,00 background check which is fine. The $150.00 non refundable than again you can’t beat the monthly rent. Received great service !!! You do need to pay in money order.

I dont recommend living here dud to 1. Police alway being there 2. Expensive rent (around 200 to 300 a month!) 3. School is terrIble 4. Gangs around here! 5. WhiteTrash (sorry)
