Ville La Prairie Dump Station

I DEEPLY appreciate having a place to dispose of my blue couch, as a LaPrairie resident. The staff are very accommodating, best location of the franchise.

I was charged $20 to drop off cardboard for the sixth time this year… I'm very disappointed, especially since the City of Laprairie website says it's free. If I were dropping off electronics, tires, asphalt, or other materials that require costly processing by the city, I'd understand… but cardboard? 😅 François was very kind, though, with a great attitude and a willingness to listen, which I appreciated despite my disappointment.

Thanks to Alan, the eco-centre attendant, who helped us retrieve a ring that had fallen between the container and the wall using a makeshift pole with a hook. A Survivor Québec-worthy adventure!

Very clear and simple way of disposal. Staff are always attentive, kind and helpful.
