Waukon City Campground
About
Secluded within the Waukon City Park is the campground. One road leads in and out of the campground, keeping the grounds private for families and gatherings. The campground has sites ranging from tent camping to large RV's. There is water/electric hookups at each site. The campground has a shower house and restroom facilities, along with a dump station that is free to campers. A fire pit and picnic tables are available at each site; firewood is also available free to campers. A playground is located within the campground, along with walking trails that take you to park amenities such as the Family Aquatic Center, pond, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and shelters. Two shelters are also located within the campground for use.

One of the nicest city park campgrounds we have been to. Meticulously tidy, great looking pool, open areas for kids and dogs to run, free firewood, and a great price! Wonderful experience, wish we were staying
Beautiful park free firewood with camping. Had a big storm that took down some big trees
