Just spent 30 minutes on hold with these titans of industry and finally got to be caller number one (for about 5 minutes) and then suddenly "they were experiencing an unusually high call volume and couldn't handle my call" unprofessional and a total waste of my time, with so many other responsive parks these clowns will likely go out of business soon, or be bought out by the better parks. Good riddance.
Me and My Partner Live in our brand New fifth wheel as a Military family, We thought the move from “traditional” housing into a fifth wheel would be more affordable and easier on us as a family since we would have the luxury of living somewhere with amenities and provide provided lawn care. Living at Alderwood hasn't been any of the things i thought it would be transitioning into this life style. If anything it has been harder on us as a family. Not only is the Entire RV grounds overgrown and not kept up, but the Amenities aren't working… Want to do laundry? Good luck non of the washers or dryers work. Want to take a dip in the indoor pool? have fun its freezing. Want to enjoy wifi at your rv? well wifi doesn't work here. Want your lawn care done? you'll have to ask matience and then hell say he doesn't have time.. meanwhile he sits in the office all day on his phone or flirts with and goes inside tenants trailers.. classy. All i can say is save your money don't come here lol. Corporate doesn’t care if you complain and they will not drop the prices if none of their amenities don't work their advertisement video is a complete scam
We reserved our spot online. Paid for it, got confirmation. Showed up to the RV Park. Nobody in the office, office is locked up tighter than a drum. Online it says the office is supposed to be open. Drove around the RV park trying to find our spot. Found the spot had to leave the RV Park turn the vehicle around to come back in the park based on where is located at. When to deploy slide outs there were trees in the way. We move the trailer all the way to the very beginning of the RV spot and the water spigot was in the way for the slide out by about 2 inches. Tried taking the wooden box off the water spigot it would not come off. I would have to move another 2 ft forward end of the road to get my slide out to work. So we decided not to use them. Tried using the code to get into the restrooms the code did not work at all. We tried multiple times throughout the night. A nice guy was out walking his dog and helped us get in. The next morning we go to leave, down the end of the road or Vehicles sitting in the road. We knocked on the doors of the two RVs that had cars blocked in the road, and nobody answered. It took us 15 minutes jockey the RV around back and forth moving at 2 in of time, to get enough room improper angle to pull the trailer through the parked cars. So you have to have a small truck and trailer to maneuver around in this RV lot.
Updated: The management company is a Joke! They fired staff who were amazing at their jobs. The problems in the park are completely the fault of the management company. We're down to our maintenance guy who's expected to make the park perfect all by himself. They canceled their contract with the landscaping company who used to take care of the park, to save money. We have no in-office management staff because they fire people but don't send staff to keep things running while they find new managers. It makes NO sense! There are broken laundry machines because it would cost them money to get them fixed and it's not the maintenance guy's responsibility to fix them, it's the responsibility of the company they're rented from. Do better RV Inn Style!! Rehire our managers back, and give them a raise for having to deal with your ridiculous expectations. Or send someone here from the corporate office to see what's actually going on since you clearly don't care or believe those of us who have repeatedly told you it's your fault the park is falling apart, not the people who've been here operating it like you'd like to believe. Why you thought firing the people who knew what was going on at the beginning of the busiest time of the year was smart is beyond us.
Thought it was a nice place when we moved in, everyone was friendly. Now they have now staff, except for a maintenance man. The grounds need alot of work. There are tall weeds, lots of dead grass and trees. The spots are narrow. You can hear your neighbors having sex. The spots are only 8 ft between RVs. If you leave anything out, the cats will pee on it. The maintenance man has a tendency to hit up on any female in the park. He has hit up on me twice now and the neighbor who is married. This is very unprofessional.
