Pilot Travel Center

Me and my husband stopped here for the night. We grabbed a bite eat and the sales associate Amber was very nice and helpful. She helped print off a work paper we needed as well. She had a smile and very upbeat and friendly. If we are in this area again we will definitely stop by and say hi to Amber!

I stopped at Pilot travel center on my way to Texas. I had a wonderful experience, your manager nick that was working at 3 AM was extremely helpful and went way above to make my husband and children feel welcomed and safe

my car broke down here last night at around 10pm. i thought luckily im at a gas station (a semi trucks location where they’re parked in one spot many hours at that). i work with my dad so he let me out of work early to fix my car. mind youuuu, not even half a day my car was parked here. i come to my car with a TOWING VIOLATION. i didnt park my car at the gas station overnight cause its cute here. MY CAR LITERALLY WOULD NOT TURN ON. anyways if i left my car here for 24 hours i would even understand. but it broke LAST NIGHT on 1/18 AND THEY DATED THE VIOLATION ON 1/18. SO YOU GAVE ME A VIOLATION WITHIN 2 HOURS?? i didnt know gas stations had a 2 hour limit. i know this isnt bucee’s gas station, but again… it was broken… ive parked my car many places overnight perfectly fine & I GET A VIOLATION WHEN IT BREAKS. FOR PARKING IT THERE FOR 2 OR 12 HOURS. they lied about the timestamp so im not sure when they saw it. its almost laughable this happening. the elderly lady at the counter also isnt very welcoming

Really liked this Pilot truck stop. The staff is friendly and helpful. The showers are small but clean and cozy, making it a nice place to stop and refresh during the trip. Also, the McDonald’s here is spacious and comfortable, perfect for a quick meal break. Plus, there were plenty of free parking spots available.

This is a great place to go for truckers and for other vehicles! If you have a Pilot/Flying J rewards card then that's a bonus too. We stopped in today to get fuel and a bite to eat at McDonald's inside. Of course their following the CDC guidelines right now so you can't sit down in McDonald's and you can't use the same cup for refills. I like to shop here also..they have crystal figurines, Bible/book covers, shirts and vests, toys, travel cups, sunglasses, GPS and blue tooth head sets.. etc and etc. We weren't that hungry so we just got something from the 2 for $2.00 menu, then went to pay for our fuel. The cashier working was so nice and helpful. The center looks real clean, restrooms and showers are clean. Right now they have big totes near the front entrance with toys and such that are 50% off. $1.49 for unleaded right now also!
