Water is available at the RV dump station located at I-80 to Truckee. To get there, take the Hwy. 89 North exit and follow 89 North towards Sierraville for 17 miles. Then, turn off onto Jackson Meadows and travel Westbound on Forest Road 07 for 18 miles until you reach Jackson Meadows Reservoir.

This is an amazing campground! We went with a group and got a double site which fit a small rv and a tent with three vehicles as well. We had children ranging from 3yrs to 6yrs old and they all had a great time as well. It is very pet friendly as well and very quiet. The hike to the lake was very convenient for us. We went swimming and kayaking in the lake.
Great campsite, close to the lake. Restroom was okay, no showers available. Nice hostess.
Great camping locations for those looking to get away. The site books up fast so keep in mind your travel dates. There are some first come first serve sites but those are a hit or miss. One nice thing about the lake and area it is dog friendly so your 4-legged buddies can come too.
Great campground, bring your own firewood. Flush toilets, recycling. We stayed at spot 13 super close to the lake. This spot was okay for one tent.
It's a great campground. Next to the water, clean and flush toilets!!! Awesome
