Camping World

Just bought our first camper from Camping World - Coldwater. We had nothing but an amazing experience! Josh was extremely helpful and made the entire process super easy and straightforward. We had so many questions and all of them were answered quickly and to its full extent! Our orientation taught us the basics of our RV. Every employee involved was helpful, welcoming, and made the process smooth. Overall, we had a fun and informative time buying our first trailer from Camping World. Would recommend shopping with them!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to be very clear that this review is specifically for the salesperson we worked with, Josh, and not a reflection of Camping World as a whole. From the very beginning, Josh treated us with fairness, honesty, and respect. There were no games, no pressure tactics, and no runaround. He was upfront about everything, answered all of our questions honestly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent — he never took long to return a call or text, and he was always willing to help whenever we had questions or needed clarification. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing right by his customers. If you’re visiting Camping World in Coldwater, Michigan, I highly recommend asking for Josh. He made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel straightforward and easy, and we truly appreciated working with him.

Josh was polite, & knowledgeable. He had no problem answering all of my questions & wasn't in a rush. I liked working with him, my only critique would be that even though he did call to "check in", it wasn't on the day he originally said. The service department also went to great lengths to correct a wiring problem on my tow vehicle as well.

Their prices are reasonable. Another r v supply place, west of me, wanted seventy dollars more for the exact same part that they had. I wasn't sure if I'd make it up that way.But the person I spoke with pulled the part had it waiting for me.When I got there, even though I hadn't called back to say that I would actually be there. That's customer service!

Five star service. The entire staff at Burnside “Camping World” in Coldwater Michigan gets a big thumbs up from us 👍. Their customer service exceeded our expectations during the purchase of a used RV. Michael (sales), Jody, Jamie, Stacey and all other employees that we had contact with were very pleasant, answered all questions, and were very helpful. The facilities are clean, well organized and comfortable to be in— even after a 3 hr drive one way. It was a pleasure purchasing our RV from this business.
