Four Seasons River Inn & RV Park

Can't wait until I go home this place let dogs in but don't want them to bark. Says all utilities paid but I get electric bill. Keeps trying to fine me for stuff I didn't do charges extra but can't or won't say what's it for. Very crooked and dose illegal evictions and descrimate....

Very dirty out here people are not nice and even if you pay they come by and kick you out. The place next door is so much better and friendly.

Great place to rent if you’re just moving here and looking to stay cheap until you can find something permanent… however.. and this is a huge however. If you are afraid of spiders, bugs, and rodents. DO NOT STAY. Told management about the mice problem, they recommended getting a cat and they wouldn’t charge us. So we did. And she has killed 6 in the last 2 or 3 months, we haven’t killed any of the daddy long legs in our room because they don’t bother us but the amount of webs is ridiculous. Everyday I see a new one. Also if you’re expecting a room cleaning to come with this it doesn’t. It’s an apartment without the strings attached. So, in conclusion, bugs and rodent fans shouldn’t stay. But if you gotta do what you gotta do- this is absolutely the place to do it.

My wife and I stayed there a month and would have definitely stayed there longer but it was a 45 mile drive each way to work for me. Everyone there we had came in contact there was super friendly and there was no exception to that when it came to the manager Ashley. Ashley went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay as best and comfortable as possible. She has apparently kept the park in great order and makes sure there is no noise after the posted curfew. I highly recommend this place and will be returning during the spring and summer.

Ashley is the best manager that I’ve ever dealt with at this park. I will only come back if she continues to be here. She provides the best customer service out of any park that I have been to get goes above and beyond 100% for any of guest. Made me feel like family.
