10/10 would recommend + can’t wait to stay here again! The casita was perfect for our weekend getaway, cozy + cute + clean + comfy! It was awesome that it came w a functional kitchen + amazing views too! Also only 10 mins away from Ouray, truly couldn’t have asked for better. The hosts were awesome & communication was great. Aaaand the Clubhouse was a great feature too! loved everything about this spot (:

Perfect location that feels like home only half mile from Orvis Hot springs. The Casitas are perfect size and always clean. If I could pack it up I would and take it all home..

My husband and I loved staying here! We stayed in a glamping tent in the middle of January and it was still pretty comfortable, temperature wise. There's a heater that runs the entire time youre in the tent and the bed is heated! (with temp control) so it was extra cozy at night. The bed is also really comfortable and soft. Everything they used to furnish the tent is pretty decent quality. There's a fridge (no freezer tho) and a microwave as well as some other fun amenities. The views outside of the tent are breathtaking - definitely a highlight of staying here. The shared clubhouse is really nicely decorated and also has a stocked kitchen as well fun things to do. The location is also really great as well - only 10 minutes away from Ouray, less than 5 min from Orvis Hot Springs, and 35ish min from Montrose. I cant recommend this place enough as long as its understood that this is still a glamping experience - bathrooms and showers are a short walk away. We'll definitely be back when it gets warmer.

Stayed there over a weekend in January. Temps dipped down to 3yet the casita tiny home stayed very warm. The space was exactly what we wanted. Small yet cozy with ample space to stretch out still. The guest house was a great addition to get our morning coffee and tea prior to our daily adventures. Only 11 minutes from ouray. A must place to stay. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately

My partner and I stayed here in mid to late November in one of the clamping tents. We were initially concerned about how cold it would be at night, but they definitely thought of that. The heater provided in the room had us sweating combined with the mattress heaters. They even provided a phone charger and alarm clock in the tent. The campsite itself was in great condition and the beds were super cozy. I’d highly recommend it anytime of year and definitely plan on coming back!
