Spacious Skies Campgrounds - Belle Ridge

Nice campground but it is not big rig friendly. Many tight turns. My campsite 46/47 was almost impossible to exit from due to the tight turns. An inexperienced rver would probably have damaged their rv exiting. I came dangerously close to bottoming out exiting. My site was gravel but mostly dirt/mud which caused me to track a lot of mud into the rv.

Site unlevel. Very uphill. Had to relevel it twice. Usually set up in 20 minutes. Took 45 plus. Had to change number of blocks used. Fyi. Front end had to go down well over 12 inches 😕 Usually site numbers well marked on roads in RV park to turn into.. none marked except the sites themselves..maybe its a Minnesota thing. Restrooms or bath house a walk and we were closer than most. Two picnic tables in 25. None in ours 26. Thanks for listening.

I've been itching to camp this fall, and Spacious Skies delivered! Tent sites are grouped toward the back, and spaced nicely for privacy. The view from our site was spectacular! Very nice bath house nearby, though I didn't have a chance to try the shower. Our late check in was super simple and welcoming, but finding our site in the dark was an adventure. My 3 yr old grandson had fun on the little playground which was conveniently just down the hill from the bath house. All in all, a great stay! We'll be back soon!

Very nice campground. Gravel sites. We were in site 26. Site was not level. Because I was staying only one night, did not disconnect from tow vehicle, had I done so, I could have leveled the coach. I chose not to. Sewer connection was deep into the concrete making that connection difficult. Staff members were pleasant and accommodating. Lee, the front desk clerk was super nice and she gave me agree sticker.

We ended up here unexpectedly when our truck broke down, and honestly, it turned out to be such a gift. The property is gorgeous — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful views. The staff was kind and accommodating, and it’s the kind of place that makes being stranded feel like a mini vacation. Incredibly dog friendly as well. Highly recommend Spacious Skies to anyone passing through!
