Scott did an amazing job! He fixed my sink, repaired all three of my exterior doors, and even put in new light bulbs for me. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I truly appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Outstanding service!
I leaved for 3+years everything is good but they started to charge more for rent and also the parking on your own place was restricted And they start changing if even only 1 tire of your car was touching the "grass " I gave my last month notice move out before the 1 st of month and still been charged for that month that I'm not there So not cool
If we could give negative stars, they would get the maximum allowed Do not rent from these people. They absolutely don't care about their tenants. We moved into a three-bedroom home that they claimed was move-in ready. Here's what they considered move-in ready: broken kitchen drawers, a busted "brand new" stove and fridge, scuffed floors, kicked-in doors, water damage, a rotting deck, a leaking sink, standing water in a "brand new" dishwasher, and cords sticking out of the floors. We complained numerous times to get anything fixed, but even then, their maintenance team was incompetent and did a shoddy job. They cut corners to the extreme, making tenants feel awful for asking them to work. Additionally, they distribute park rules but don't enforce any of them. They don't care if your lawn is overgrown, if you exceed pet limits or have restricted breeds, if there is street parking, or if other tenants blast loud, house-shaking music. They even allow drug dealers to operate out of the houses. I could go on and on about how terrible these people are. Also, if you complain about these issues, expect the park to blacklist your house as a problem for trying to hold them accountable.
They wanna charge me $150 to pick up trash from around my back porch. My back porch has been falling apart for over 4 years. Wood is completely rotted out. I don't even go in my back yard cause my neighbors let there dog poop everywhere. The trash is from the low life's they let move into these places. The management here is terrible. Drafty houses which raises your electricity bill but they have still raised my rent nearly $500 in 8 years. No additional services or anything. They rent to people that trash the places and so they're coming after everyone. Poor choice considering they had me without a working oven for 9 months. Don't even get me started on all the other problems I've had here. The floors are not level. You'll be walking through and feel the dip. I have tiny hole in my wall from moving a piece of furniture and they wanna charge me $50 to have it fixed. It's something I could clearly patch up myself. They want me to allow maintenance in my place to do work on it. I'm sorry, the maintenance here is the most non talented individuals I've ever met in my entire life. They rent to trashy people and expect you to just keep paying more and more rent every year. The parking at the office is meant for visitors but the lines on the concrete looks like they were painted by a 10 year old. If the trailer 3 doors down is having a party, you can't park here. Risk parking in the street. You have to have a smart car to fit into the spaces but left plenty of room for the office staff parking only. My latest run in with them has caused me to find a different place to live. Been here almost 8 years and have kept a clean and tidy place. Been quite and respectful of my neighbors but that's all gone out the window due to there inability to properly manage the properties. Go rent something else.
Maintenance takes 5-9 months to fix anything, along with several hundred phone calls. The office is incompetent and can’t hold any records ( be sure to save yours ). They rarely answer the phone and always have a full mail box and won’t ever call you back. And it’s about 50/50 if you go to the office in person if anyone will even be there to help you. Save yourself the time and hassle and find somewhere else to live. It was a truly a blessing to finally leave this place.
