Abenaki Mobile Home Park

It's too bad I cannot give zero stars. Trust me when I say this they don't deserve 1 star. We lived there 2 years and it was not a pleasant place to live. The last park managers were con artists that stole rent money from tenants and their park owner. Pocket it for themselves. Later pick certain tenants they want to get rid of and use the legal system to get them evicted by claiming no rent has been paid. Take their mobile homes and sell them for top dollar. Even tried selling condemned trailers. It went on as long as it did because too many people don't know their rights and do not know the laws. The managers would tell them they are not allowed to sell their mobile homes. Which is not true. You own your home you by law have the right to sell it. We lived off of Aspen and cedar Street. The roads are covered with dangerous deep pot holes. Oh and when you get evicted from the park they take your valuables and some may never see their possessions that are most valuable and things that can n thus ever be replaced. I do not recommend this park.

Things have got a lot worse around here the potholes have gotten huge! Update Things have gotten worse. Today they dumped crush stone on top of the potholes called it a fix and it's worse than before.

My niece lives here it it's pretty decent place to live very quiet for most part

I have lived here since 1988 things are getting worse since earl passed away. Dont know how much longer I can stay here .pay 315 lot rent due to Maintenance. He like to know where that's going on ! It zint in my yard. I have very dangerous trees need to be removed years ago .but there still standing . Come on that shirts scarey

I have lived here for 34 years its ok but wish I could buy my property before its sold to some company and I'm forced to leave.with no place to go
