Absolutely loving our stay at I Love Happy Acres Air B&B! Peaceful, clean, cozy, & exactly what the soul needed. It felt like a deep exhale the moment we arrived, quiet surroundings, comfortable space, & thoughtful touches throughout the community. The colors of the units are so vibrant; each home a different color, giving the place a joyful, welcoming personality. And the customer service is phenomenal, attentive, warm, & genuinely caring from start to finish. Perfect place to unwind, reset, & actually enjoy where you’re staying. Would 100% book again without hesitation!

We couldn’t be happier to have called Happy Acres our first travel home for the last two years. My husband travels for work and Happy Acres has been our home away from home. Gay and John really put so much love and care into the place and make sure everyone is taken care of. The staff is absolutely wonderful and everyone treats you like family. My son loved going and getting snacks from the office and seriously misses that and all of the office ladies + Mr.Tony. I will say nice places like Happy Acres are few and far between. The lots are huge and very well maintained. It’s hard adjusting to a new place after having been in such kind and welcoming park. We definitely hope we can come back one day!

I really don’t how to take this property, I called and asked about the property. She asked for how many people? I stated for 4 two adults and two children. She says Ga law states that if it’s a boy and a girl they have to have separate rooms. Ma’am that’s fine my children always have their own room. Then she states that they only have 2 bedrooms. Once I stated that I was me my mother and two children. The Ga state law statement should’ve never been made. Because you knew you only have 1and 2 been rooms available.

This place came in handy when we had our housing on post pushed, and we needed a place to stay for a few weeks until our home was ready. The owners and office staff are A+ seriously couldn't ask for nicer people! You can tell that they care and take pride in this place. IT is not a 5 star resort by no means, but it is safe, clean (keep in mind, the cottages are quite old), and super cute outside!!! My pups have very much enjoyed the dog park since this is their first time not having their own yard, and my hubs has enjoyed the "real gym," as he calls it. The on-site laundry is convenient, and the place is also conveniently located close to pretty much everything in hinesville. The kitchen is stocked with all the basic things you will need to make simple dinners at home. The beds are small but very comfortable, and the whole neighborhood is super quiet and cozy. Also kid friendly, I noticed, especially if they like pirates. When friends and family come to visit, I will definitely be putting them up here.

Ladies in the front office are super nice and always cheerful when you come in. They sort the mail for the units and then email you when you have a package and it is a great and efficient system. The unit I had, had a little privacy fence backyard, which is fantastic when you have pets and are trying to stay somewhere temporarily. It’s impossible to find. But not all have them so if you have doggies, and looking to stay here short or long term, be sure to ask! When I first moved in, there were a couple small maintenance issues upon arrival, but they had a maintenance tech there to fix them before I even had my car unloaded. Maintenance crew is also super nice and always stops to chat. It is an overall quiet and convenient located place to stay. If you’re military or government looking for somewhere to stay temp, it’s literally 12 minutes to base, it’s perfect. Laundry and gym if you want on site, however if you rent an unfurnished unit, there’s w/d hookups if you had your own. Overall, it was good stay. When I come back to visit the area, I definitely plan to use their furnished units to stay in. Thanks for everything!
