Wellers Bay Campground

This is a great place to launch your boat or jet skis. 10.00 and you have a 5-minute run to the bald head Island. Friendly staff and seasonal residents.

Nice owners, good location, and the cottages included air conditioning, but fishing is prohibited unless you do it off your own boat. The cottage was about on par with the shed that came with my house for the build quality; probably worse, actually, since my shed is level and square. It would be more economical to tear the cottage down and build a new one than to try to fix all the problems, and it definitely needs a good fumigation. The playground and pool were good enough to satisfy the kids, although the jungle gym looked older than me and in pretty much the same condition. A bit of metal to support the plastic parts, replace all of the nails with new bolts and all of the wood with new wood, and it will be good as new.

Beautiful views of Wellers Bay, staff very friendly. Came to visit campers and had no problems. Wishing I had a trailer to keep here seasonally.

Great Campground. Very accommodating. Nice little camp, no beach but it does have a pool and a playground for the kids. Google maps places near the end of the road while it is actually between Cedar Cove Campground and Stoneburg Cove Resort.
