Staffs are good and helpful but on the truck and trailer Parking side our trucks are parked there and someone is stealing diesel from the truck tanks very sad and there is no way to catch them.

Very clean and good showers, staff is friendly. Would’ve been five stars but the washing machines steal your money and definitely stops you from wanting to use them again for fear of loosing your money…. But they are third party company anyway so that shouldn’t be reflected as poor service on the Flying J staff, Only a refund would have been better. Takeaway, Good place to get food, fuel and shower! better try laundry elsewhere though

I brought fried chicken. The food itself was okay, but I was disappointed with the packaging. They gave hot chicken directly in a thin plastic bag instead of a proper food tray or container. This is not hygienic and the plastic can melt or stick to hot food. For a place like Flying J, better food safety and proper packaging should be standard. Please use trays or proper containers for hot food.

Flying J has established an excellent business model; however, securing a parking space can be challenging. I've observed that OIL Link consistently occupies all available parking spots. I am unsure if this is a deliberate strategy by Flying J management.

Flying J is a solid stop for travelers — clean restrooms, friendly staff, and plenty of parking for trucks and cars. The coffee and food options are good, though sometimes the lines can be a bit long during peak hours. Overall, reliable service and a convenient place to refuel and rest.
