Overall a great experience. We came up from Tucson after seeing an RV that we were interested in. The salesman helped organize things for us. The walk through was just what we needed. Even the guy who covered our new hitch setup was very thorough and professional. When we left, we felt like we were treated well, got a respectable deal and got the unit that we wanted. If we had to do it again, we’d go through them again.

So, these 5 stars are for the salesman Mike Manna only. He did so much to try and get us in and out. The manager was a complete jerk. We paid cash, it was a done deal. Mike let us attempt to transfer our stuff from our trade-in to the one we purchased. We paid cash for the difference. The manager stopped us and we had to wait until paperwork was signed. We traveled over 1,000 miles and it was a DONE DEAL. Shame on you manager. We spent 6 hours there over a DONE DEAL. Do Better Camping World, your sales people know what's up more than you Mr Manager. Mike was AMAZING! These 5 stars are for Mike Manna. He helped us sooo much. Thank you Mike. You're the best

I bought a brand new RV they wanted me to pay $2500 for them to comb through the camper and make sure everything worked. I feel as if that shouldn't been done when they received the units not something I should be paying for. This may just be the RV game and how it is played IDK first time new buyer. But once I got it home I went through it and found leaky plumbing, faulty shower valve, misaligned locks preventing doors from closing and locking. A sweet of internal lights not wired up. Toilet tank is positioned wrong and not aligned with home cut in the floor causing the toilet not to be anchored down to were it suits at an angle and rocks back and forth. Refrigerator locks drilled in the wrong spot preventing the freezer from engaging into the lock. ( Found this out after I reached my first camp site and it was all over the floor) Rear couches have plastic bands for cushion supports which didn't support over 100lbs. And a small tid bit to finish off clean the entire camper turned the AC on and the vents were consumed with saw dust and insulation pieces which blew throughout the camper causing me to have to dismantle and VAC clean the entire system otherwise it just kept happening everytime I turned it on. I'm comparing this to a new car maybe I shouldn't but I feel as if I should've received better. But I'm handy and I was able to fix this myself and not pay the $2500 on something I feel they should already be doing as a business. Just my opinion. (No VIP@Campingworld.com address exist) I've fixed my issues myself camping world, if you want to make amends do better in the future. My post is information for future customers.

Bought my 1st Camper Trailer here back in 2020. The staff is always great, welcoming and they explain "Everything" about your new camper. When I need maintenance or parts or whatever I always come back. Awesome job!! Thank you for helping us make memories.

I will never buy an RV or anything else at Campung World again. I spent over 55,000 on an RV not including all the additional warranties etc. There were some issues and items broken we needed fixed. We were told we would have to wait the 30 day time frame before the manufacturer would fix said items. OK we waited, drove from Surprise to Mesa to let them fix the items. Then it was a waiting game. They can't fix the items until the manufacturer approves the fixes. So after weeks there the main door screen screws were tightened and the seal on the toilet was replaced by them saying we fixed them without authorization but we have to wait for the others. I took my trailer back so we could go out as it was just before summer when my kids were out of school and when we travel. I had to follow up a week ago on the items amd manufacturer approval to be fixed, now this is September, I bought the RV in March 2025. As we go through the list yes the toilet was approved, the cabinets approved for new hinges, rear steps, and I didn't get approval yet on the gash on the exterior front driver trim. Why not, approval had to come from the higher ups. I walk over to talk to them and now another waiting game. Said manager has to reference it and what they can do. Just so everyone is aware when my spouse and I did the walk through all said items were written down, pictures taken which are attached to your purchase file and were told they would all be fixed after the 30 day mark. I will never spend another penny here. This is the worst run around I have ever dealt with in my life. Not to mention I live 35 miles from this facility amd was told I couldn't go to the camping world in Avondale. Never again, I learned my lesson. I hope anyone else reading, do your do diligence and keep records on everything and who you spoke to because they blame other departments and no one takes accountability. I won't even go into detail on the issue with the consignment team, that was a joke also no one after 4 voicemails called back. I will upload pictures once I get my rig back in a week or so.
