SleepyDragon is the coolest and friendly CampGround everyone here is nice and welcoming we alot of space putdoor fun live music snow cones for the kids. and they have diffrent events everytime of the year. will always be my 1# spot to camp in Wisco thanks the owner and staff for the great time and service ❤️🏕️⛺️🔥

This place is a hidden gem. If you are looking for friendly, helpful people, a quiet campground, and a nice, clean pool, Sleepy Dragon is for you. The kind manager helped us set up our pop-up trailer. As (essentially) first-time campers, it took an hour-and-a-half! He stayed after his shift was over to make sure we were all set. He came by in the morning to make sure we were all set. A very nice person! They have documents printed and hung up. One of them says, essentially, that if someone is racist or has a problem with sexual orientation, then they should go somewhere else. Other campers were welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.

Went last minute and really enjoyed our stay! Booking was easy, check in and out times are reasonable, and a family friendly yet quiet place. For a tent sleeper who needs silence and a kiddo that goes to bed at 9, it was perfect. The showers, bathrooms, and port-a-potties were clean — never felt disgusted going in them once (which is rare for me). And plenty of entertainment for the kiddo - lake, nice playground, pool, and jumping pillow. We all loved this location over other family friendly camps we’ve been to because of the same amenities, yet quiet and clean facilities! Can’t wait to go back!

Sleepy Dragon Campground is an absolute gem for families! This kid-friendly campground is packed with activities to keep little ones entertained all day long. From the charming little train rides and bikes available for the kids, to the beautiful forest paths, pond, and swimming pool, there’s never a dull moment. The campground has a warm, welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere, with incredibly friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the attention to safety, with onsite security, clean showers and bathrooms, and the added convenience of a new laundry room opening soon. As a bonus, it’s veteran-owned, which makes supporting this place feel even better. We can’t wait to come back — it’s truly an awesome spot for families!

We just booked our seasonal site at Sleepy Dragon Campground, and I couldn’t be more excited! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Vic and the amazing staff. They were so friendly and took the time to show us around the campground, pointing out all the awesome features — the trails, the frisbee golf course in the back, the swimming pool, the beautiful pond, and the super clean showers and bathrooms by the pool. The campground is spotless and so well-groomed — you can tell they really care about keeping it nice for families. We were shown several sites and ended up picking out the perfect one for the season at a really great price. There’s also a pavilion where they hold raffles, live bands on the weekends, and fun games for the kids, which we can’t wait to check out! I’m so happy we chose Sleepy Dragon as our summer getaway spot. The family atmosphere here is just wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to making so many fun memories this summer. Highly recommend this place — it’s truly a hidden gem!
