We loved this quiet small RV park. They have new owners and are renovating the park. Removing old mobile homes. Making room for RVs. Eventually it will be all RVs and no mobile homes. The future plans as told to us by Ivy are really nice. The staff was helpful. We came in the side gate which helped us tremendously. There's just about any store or restaurants close. We went to Madiera beach which was seven minutes away. Very close. The beach is so nice. Didn't pay for parking because I'm handicapped. There's parking all along the beach. It gets packed so get there early. Also went to Clearwater Beach. The ride was about a half hour. Parking here is a challenge. Early early you need to be there. If not just go around the parking lot. Be patient. The pier is very nice. The Sugar and Sand Festival was going on. Free music at nite on the beach. So many things to do around. We will be back.

I moved in around the end of June beginning of May 2021. This is a great spot to call home or just stop for a visit. It has changed ownership but has the same family owned feel. I give this RV park 5 stars.

Well, it used to be a hidden affordable gem for ordinary folks. Mix of permanent and snowbirds, friendly older folks with a very sweet owner until a big business that owns other parks bought it out. They immediately raised rates by $125 a month and made age rules on how old your rig could be . Now I hear that some elderly and disabled residents on fixed incomes who have been there for 20+ years are being run off instead of being grandfathered in and allowed to live out their final years in peace. Just cruel! They want to add a pool and fancy it all up so they can charge more. Listen, rich companies: we don't need anymore fancy housing in St Pete, we need simple and affordable! Stop the rent madness or we will all be living in our cars and it will start looking like San Francisco soon.

We stayed there for 2 months in. March and April in a New Class A motorhome. It felt like an Inner city trailer park at first with folks wandering from one trailer to another but all in all everybody was friendly and respectful, other than that it was quiet after 10pm. The only main issue we had was the old oak trees shedding all kinds of branches, leaves and pollen on top of the roof requiring daily cleaning to avoid staining on roof. The owner manager was very sweet and accommodating, the rent was very affordable compared to higher priced RV parks and it is very conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants & Madeira beach . We only used the laundry and not the bathrooms ,so nothing to report there. We would stay there again.the missing star is for a little dog barking quite often. We did feel safe there.
