We were evicted due to a failed inspection, but the inspectors never actually visited our residence, claiming we were absent. However, our Ring camera footage shows no evidence of their attempted entry. When confronted with this evidence, they alleged that they used the back door, which is secured with an interior latch and cannot be accessed from the outside. It is worth noting that these allegations began after certain individuals took offense to the Pride flags displayed in our window.
Horrible landlords neglected repairs, including a busted pipe and broken toilet seat. They also claimed my wife's service dog was banned due to breed and evicted us when we refused to give it up.
Good, peaceful place, if you have a maintenance issue they will get right on it.
Do not waste your time looking at this location. Trailers are run down to the point that they need to be demolished. My girl and her son lives there now and the trailer they live in smells like there is either mold or mildew throughout the trailer. So much that I think the wood has rotted. Her trailer needs to be inspected for mold, and mildew by a city inspector. Extremely strong mildew smell in every room except her bedroom. For what she pays in rent there, I believe their living conditions are well below average and may be affecting their health as well.
WAAYYYY to much of a pest problem, insects, rodents, stray animals etc. But livable if u kan manage ur living korrekt enough for u! Rent be BUSSIN tho😬😢🤣🤣
