Warrior Fuel II

This location is close to the interstate - the place is extremely clean with nice clean bathrooms.

The gas cheap for the area and the store is clean, but the customer service is poor. Warrior owns the adjacent warrior car wash., and you are prompted to purchase a car wash when you fill up gas. I purchased a car wash from the pump because the adjacent car wash had a neon open sign. The car wash was actually closed so I requested a refund inside the store. The refund was granted, but the employees barely acknowledge me, let alone the inconvenience. The refund was given in cash without consultation, instead of returning the refund to my company credit card as I would have preferred. This caused an additional job for me as I need to adjust my company expense report on the backend. I passed through this area regularly, so I intend to use other gas stations for the next quarter , but will check back to see if see I e improves.

Its sad how one bad apple can spoil the bunch. I have been going there 3xs a week ,always nice people working. Unfortunately not the usual experience this time. I gave the lady my cash for pump ... she didn't give me a receipt. I didn't think much till I didn't get the gas, went in and she acted like I was the one in the wrong.I went in today on my way home & spoke to Shelly (the manager)and they have to investigate it, she took my number down. . The employee took my 25$ , didn't give me my gas.. now warrior has lost my business all together. I will be sure to tell all my customers and friends about this. Most my customers are traveler's & definitely will warn them to avoid both warriors in bernalillo. Both the ladies working on Monday afternoon 10/27/2025 were very unprofessional. I have not seen them before there. All the other employees are who kept me coming there to gas up & buy all my snacks for my commute. None of the usual employees were there.... your honest employees that have never taken my money and not gave me my gas & then denied it. Unfortunately were not the ones working. This never would have happened.

The owner ruined this place. Tobacco costs more than the other gas stations now. Gas costs more than almost anywhere else. The only reason I even stop here is because they still have bomb burritos, but if they ever change that I wouldn't go back. They already quit serving after 2 which is wild. Just hit the speedway up the street.

Convenient location and easy in and off from the highway. Several pumps to keep the crowds moving. Lots of snack, drink, and food options for the hungry/thirsty traveller. Restrooms were clean and in working order, which seems hard for some places to get right. All in all a nice travel stop.
