Yarwood Mobile Home Park

My daughter lives here now but several years ago I lived here before the place was sold to the current owners. It’s wasn’t a bad place just to expensive.

Awful people. Constantly raising rent knowing that people have no option to pay it and struggle even harder. They make next to no changes and continue to raise lot rent almost every 6 months.

Lived here once upon a time. Not a pleasant experience. I was burglarized by a neighbor. I decided to leave and forfeit my security deposit. I couldn't move fast enough!

It needs work on all the park not just 1 or 2 mobile homes . The owner was hot on my trail as soon as I pulled in . I was supposed to pick something up from 1 the trailers but end up leaving it because it was so nasty there . This would be a at least it's a roof type home and off the street type place to live . 🥴🤢🤮

My best friend has lived inside this mobile park for about 3-4 years. There's always kids outside playing and they do not always get in a hurry to get out of the street. The park owners are real bad about sneaking in little fines for little things or even working on your own vehicle. They will constantly fine you for anything and everything they can.
