There is non-potable rinse water available at the RV dump station. The station is located on Hwy. 20 North, starting from Sylvan Lake and going to Rainy Creek Road. From there, head west to Sunbreaker Cove Junction. The storage for the rinse water is on the left side.

Nothing fancy out here. Just affordable long or short term secure storage. And the owners are awesome. Super secure
Very nice experience with people working/owning this parking. They also have a smart way managing it: once you park there, you get an FOB that allows you to park up until 11 PM. Price is also fair, and I think, unbeatable.
Randy runs a very clean, well kept and well priced storage lot. I have been there for years and have always been impressed with the very well maintained storage facility
The fact that your photo is taken going in and out was a bonus to me. Parking my MH was easy, spaces are angled and are plenty wide enough. Check in and paperwork was fast. Very pleasant man helped me understand what they have to offer and all the safeguards in place. I know that my MH " Mable" is in a great storage facility.
Very helpful and very flexible. Great place to store out trailer. They were willing to meet and almost any hour (obviously not the middle of the night, but late into the evening). Very secure site and relaxed place.
