Nothing spectacular, but clean and VERY quiet! Most of the sites seem to be filled with permanent residents. Easy to get to, easy to get in and out, no complaints. If you need a basic place to stay, this is the place for you!

Quiet,nice people,not on a main road big plus, fair rates owners are nice people pros close to Lake and may marinas also ten minutes to mtn home quiet,peaceful the people are great it's year round 101 grocery is only 3 mins away pet friendly. Great place for rv's . Con no laundry site and wifi but other than those it's a great place 👍

Nice little park. Owners are helpful and friendly, Park is well maintained with more improvements to come. Lots of wildlife wandering around. Location is surrounded by lake Norfolk with fishing, boating and diving opportunities all around. Electrical, fresh water and sewer are all of modern construction and work well. Small stores and restaurant's are close to the park with the city of Mountain Home less than ten miles away. Out in the country feeling with in the city convenience. Multiple boat launches and marina's within a couple miles, also close to multiple walking and bike trails. An out of the way gem waiting for more customers to wow with it's simple and quiet beauty. I highly recommend this park.
