Big4 Ingenia Holidays Soldiers Point

Tent site is great! Facilities are good! Just the jumping area got no shades. The reasons I gave 1 start because the staff at the reception are not nice. They are not welcoming guests. What I feel was they trying to pass the job to others. I felt not helpful at all.

What a beautiful place! What wonderful service! My daughter had her 6th birthday and the wonderful people at the reception sang happy birthday to her and made her feel even more special. ♡ Thank you! We highly recommend this place in every way! We'll happily return someday.

I’ve stayed at the big4 Ingenia holidays soldiers point many times now and every time it’s marvellous. The best part about the holiday park are the staff - they are so friendly welcoming and will you make sure you have the best holiday. They have an indoor heated pool and an outdoor pool with a slide. I came down the slide a bit too fast, it was funny, had to be there 😂 They also have a bowling alley jumping pad. I didn’t go with any children but they run heaps of activities for school holidays and bringing in coffee vans and food trucks. Really a beautiful part of the world. Highly recommend. 💯

This place is amazing. The best park we have ever stayed at. Something for all ages to enjoy. The upkeep and cleanliness was impecable. The toilet/ shower set up is the best we have used and the fact they were cleaned 4 times a day meant facilities were always so clean. We will be back for sure.

Great caravan park especially for kids. As a family we highly recommend and will return. Such a great mix of activities for the whole family. 2 pools one indoor that is heated and an outside one with a slide. The staff are so friendly and keep the park very clean and well maintained. The Bbq areas are great.
