Manny is a great lot owner, he has helped me out whenever he can whether it was my a/c or water pipes busting during the cold weather season. The lot is located right outside of Pecos and has direct access to i20 or even to 2119 which let's you cross to 285 without going into Pecos. Lot is normally quiet and has dryer/washer on site
