Kings Mobil Lodge & RV Park

This mobile home park is extremely clean and very well maintained. The manager is super friendly, helpful, and always professional. The residents here are also very friendly, and the entire community has a positive and welcoming atmosphere. No trash, no issues- just a very clean and peaceful place to live. Highly recommended!

We only have a couple months here but the time we’ve been here overall has been good. All of our neighbors are nice and friendly. The manager and maintenance guy has been really helpful and nice as well and has changed the park for the good!

This rv park is very well kept together. Jessica has been very helpful and any issue big or small she is there that same day. I love how they organize activities for the rv community. My daughters love that. Thank you Jessica

My wife and I, recently had the pleasure of visiting Kings Mobile Lodge in Corcoran, and we were very impressed. The park is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The residents are friendly, which makes the community feel warm and inviting. We had the opportunity to donate school supplies to families in need and reached out to the manager, Jessica. She was incredibly kind and professional, guiding us directly to the families who could benefit most. Her leadership and care for the residents are truly making a difference in this community. It’s clear that Jessica is doing a fantastic job managing the park, and it shows in how organized and cared-for everything feels. Kings Mobile Lodge is a great example of a community that supports one another. Highly recommend!
