Fiesta Grove RV Resort

I have been coming to Fiesta Grove for 5 years. I'm sad but the resort is going downhill. The bathrooms are poorly maintained. The laundry room is a mess. The heated pool is only heated when someone decides too. There are many issues here. Management has brought a lot of drama to the park. The maintenance and office managers have a hard time dealing with people. They have become rude and condescending. I will not be returning because anyone can see that they are running the park into the ground.

This is a tough review for me to make. We like staying here - it’s small enough to be comfortable but large enough to maintain some privacy if that what you want. There are many activities and something is going on in the clubhouse almost all the time. There is a nice pool. Our plan was to spend 3 months here when we retired. Our first winter was great. Family commitments kept us away last year, but we booked for 3 months for this winter. Unfortunately, my husband has an accident that required surgery with a six month recovery, so we weren’t able to travel. I cancelled and asked if they could please move our deposit to next year. They said no and their policy was to keep my considerable deposit for cancelling a month before arrival. I was told that they held a spot that could have been available for someone else to book. I could almost understand that, but they were not fully booked for those 3 months and has many spots still available, not even counting the overflow spots. She said that doesn’t matter and it’s their policy, no exceptions. When booking and when staying there, I did not receive any information on their cancellation policy. I never received any written information from them at all. I’m sure we will find an equally nice park as Fiesta Grove got the last money we will ever give them.

Went to the Craft show..very nice small but had lots of sea shells crafts!!!!

Good place to camp for the winter. We just checked availability.

This is an RV park. Very nice,clean. Beautiful pool area. Clubhouse with plenty of activities to do.
