Terrible place to live 😪 your home may be beautiful but the management is worse than subsidized housing. You pay for things you don't receive and are constantly being lied to. Don't expect to be able to walk anywhere in the winter without being injured or forced to stay in. They have no respect for the home owners and are constantly try to take advantage as the soulless corporation they are. They should not be allowed to own communities

Accessibility concerns; not a good place for anyone who relies on scooter or wheelchair to get around, or stroller for young children. You will be stuck at home during the winter. Streets are not cleared of snow very well, the snow removal company hired this winter is not equipped for it. Unlike the company last winter, which was amazing. Tried talking to someone from the office about it but they didn't show any concerns, just made excuses.

For the most part I enjoy it here. Unfortunately the water and power are shut off frequently, and the roads are in rough condition. It's also very very hard to get a hold of someone if you need them. We had a large storm last week and a tree on our roof and can't seem to come to a conclusion with anyone.

Worst place to live they do nothing for the people here they pick on certain ones and leave others alone. There is a massive cat problem and the animals damage the homes and nothing gets done. The roads are so bad it damages cars the pictures in the site are false there is no nice area to walk around. The staff are mean and don't ever consider what the people who live here say. Also the roads they say may be fixed in 5 to 6 years this is 2019 and they have been like this since the new owners. It used to be nice 20 years ago but it has gone down hill the staff is rude to anyone who disagrees with them. They ripped up front yards and we were responsible to clean up their mess and put grass seed down. They tell you there are all these rules and yet they can't even keep up the roads for us. Also people have massive water build up in front of their homes and they do nothing about this. Let's not forget the mailboxes at the front of the park aren't always accessible for the elderly or a person in a wheelchair in the winter time.

A very good family oriented residential community . The price is just amazing and very good service in the whole area.
