The managers do nothing to keep you safe. It’s always dirty. I have asked for better lighting and cameras. I have been attacked by other residents while living here and my car is vandalized often. This place is not safe for anyone. Stay away.
Love all the new homes coming in. This new management company has really done a nice job cleaning up the community. We now have the sweetest manager in Melissa Ellis. Things are really improved around here.
HATE THIS PLACE!! Not ONLY, did I apply for a trailer that was already sold, but I was told by some man that “they just chose someone better that you!!” When I asked why it’s still online for applications, he just repeated himself and told me I cannot get a refund, Just Bc I wasn’t chosen… not to mention when I went for a viewing a week prior, management wasn’t even there, it wasn’t until a VERY sketchy maintenance man saw us looking around and he showed us the trailer.. yet I had a confirmation text the day before. Each phone call I made to them, they answered with just “hello” and nothing more. They are blatantly unprofessional and are just trying to take your money. BTW THEIR TRAILER WAS SOLD YESTERDAY AND ITS STILL ONLINE!!!!
Used to be a good place but new owners have made it an uncomfortable place to live. The smallest infraction leads to legal action constantly held over your head. Any conversation with management leaves you walking on eggshells. If you have pets, they come across anti-animal. They have a "no barking" policy and you may be sent to court if your animal makes a noise. The office person is extremely inconsiderate and rude. If you are looking for a place to pay rent and raise a family-this isn't the place.
I love this trailer park. My friend has lived here for years and I have a trailer now. It's quite and the people are nice. When I have a question, the maintenance either answer my question or finds the answer for me. They actually clean off the snow off the road, and I was going to shovel my half of the road, like I had to do at a past park but I was told that I just have to do my walking path and go inside. It was really cool to see a park treat they're residents like residents, instead of slaves and yell. I have always done what I was told, so I have no reason to be yelled at, but this park has the nicest people I have ever lived at and I am happy here.
