Overnight stay en-route to another final destination. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful. Our site was a back in and due to the steep slope of the entry, had to crank the rig a bit but it was manageable. There are many long-term residents here and all sites were well maintained. We did not use any of the amenities as we are a self-contained RV, so unable to remark about those. The store has basic necessities and food items that are reasonably priced.
Lovely location. But our RV site fire pit was rotted and full of trash, and all the way at the end of the road so it wasn't acceptable for fires. Unfriendly staff members, it was like they only care of the full time people and not visitors.
Best RV resort that ive ever been too. Its super spacious with a ton of outdoor experiences. Nestled on Lake Monroe, its perfect for summer family camping. Go on down and check it out for a while, you wont be disappointed.
Great place to camp. Lots of amenities. Very clean and well kept. Hike to the lake was great and the view was spectacular. We will be back. Thanks for the hospitality Jenny.
Lake Monroe Village was able to get us 4 sites together (last minute) after our scheduled campsites were washed away in Kentucky! It was a bit late in the season to schedule 4 sites together, but Jenny took such great care to get us the 4 sites! Then when we arrived, Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful and such a delight! So we’re very happy with the customer care, and will definitely return!! The RV Park itself is just lovely and rolling, and the guest’s sites are just lovely. Some new, and very up-to-date facilities! Lots of great things to do and places to visit nearby!
