Lived here for just under a year neighbors were great but property management was a joke. Now I moved out at the end of January 2024 got a letter in the mail saying I would get my deposit back but hasn’t happened and they aren’t responding to emails and says the phone number is disconnected.

Given that my experience was limited to a phone call, I have no choice but to assume that I would be similarly off put if I learned anything further. I made a call to the phone number listed on the official website, and on Google servers, only to find that I couldn't ask about availability or anything at all for that matter... because the number is disconnected.

It is really a junky place. All the rigs are looked like have been there years and years and never move.

Terrible place! This place is really beyond awful. One guy videos everyone from his trailer. Managers are not up to the task at all. They are really not friendly bunch. The amenities are below standards. Parking is ridiculous and makes no sense. Trailer spaces are not clearly marked. I could go on and on.....
