Lakeside RV Park - New Braunfels Tx

Such a nice place. the people in the park are amazing. My boat sunk at the slip and everyone pitched in to help. Feeling grateful to find a new home here. It’s a long term park with trees and 200 ft of awesome park like waterfront with boat slips even..:)

Just moved here and the proximity to water via Lake Dunlap is wonderful! The manager, Karla, is a sweet lady asks her warm demeanor was a big factor in my decision to make this my new home. The location is right off a busy roadway which can be tedious when leaving but there's also a great restaurant next door and a large convenience store, had station, Wendy's & Subway across the road. Only four miles from I-35 and New Braunfels which is a fun and historic little city with lots to do!

Unfortunately for me, I had to move on, but I will miss living at Lakeside RV Park. I was there for quite a while, and it was my home. I loved being by the lake, the Park is cared for, and Carla the Manager was great. She was always helpful and friendly, which I appreciated because some other people in society still discriminate against people of color (Mexican, Black, etc..). Carla was always fair and if an occurrence happened on my end, (I didn't follow a rule) she was effective in delivering the message in a professional yet friendly way. Should I ever be in that area again, I'll be sure to stop in and give a big ole Texas howdy!

Excellent experience here. We were here a few years back. Stayed for a year then off to travel again. After traveling around US in RV. We have decided to live here. We have had so many experiences in various parks. Wow some were such badly maintained and managed. When the choice came up to stop and find a home this place was it. Beautiful park with spotless landscaping and facilities. Neighbors very compatible and making new friends everyday. The Management treats us like we matter and are not an annoyance. They also take charge whenever people do not treat each other with respect and have them move on. Additionally the area is great as far as medical services for us seniors.

I have lived here for 3.5 years. It is a beautiful place to live. The neighbors are friendly. The management is friendly and always responds to any needs or concerns that I might have. It is quiet and safe here. Everyone looks out for each other. The new owner is working hard to make a great place to live even nicer. I highly recommend this place.
