The campground is beautiful, with tall trees and lush greenery creating a peaceful setting. The main downside is the dirt and sand throughout the site—it’s to be expected when camping, but it does mean everything gets quite dusty. The lake is a decent spot for fishing, especially if you’re after pumpkinseed sunfish or bass. That said, the water isn’t the cleanest and tends to have a lot of algae. Overall, it’s a good spot, though it has more of an RV park feel than a traditional campsite. Still, if you’re looking for a quiet place with good fishing opportunities, it’s worth considering.

We had a large family group with several tents in the group site. There are beautiful spots in the trees, some with lake views. The owner comes around several times a day to make sure everyone is ok. The little ones found the trails for some forest adventures. No beach, but that didn't stop the kids from jumping off the dock, or walking in at the boat ramp to swim. Big platform for the older kids to swim to and jump off. Lots of early morning fisherman going out in boats, excellent area for paddle boards and kayaks. We spent 4 days and had plenty to do for all ages. We would definitely recommend camping here and plan to go back ourselves next year.

It was beautiful camp site. I wanna comeback here. Bathroom is clean all the time, lake is warm enough. I wish I can swim everyday here😅

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights over the long weekend and we had a great time. People here are friendly and kind. We had a trailer and managed to get a spot with power. The campsite is next to a beautiful lake where people can launch their boats off. There are washrooms and a shower. We paid $35 for the night and we would stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Alot of improvements have taken place in the last two years with several more sites available for camping off the grid and a few more with 20 amp service and water. New lakeside playground with nice fire pit, and volleyball net and stage for family picnic’s adjacent the a boat launch & swim dock. The lake is very scenic known for great bass fishing, kayaking with a private 50 acre island and designated ski channel located in Quennell Lake, Yellow Pt BC.
